You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the actions of users on your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After a 14-day free trial, your account converts to a paid plan only if you add a payment method.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. On cancellation, we keep your data accessible for 90 days, then permanently delete it. Export is always available.
Levelbrook is a tool, not a guarantee of compliance. Final responsibility for licensing decisions, inspector findings, and regulatory adherence rests with your center. The service is provided as-is.
