AI for your business

The useful kind of AI, set up for you, explained in plain language

Most businesses are not behind on AI because they are skeptical. They are behind because every article is written for engineers and every tool assumes you have one. I am a senior software engineer who builds these systems for a living, and these pages are the specific, unglamorous things I set up for businesses that do not have a technical person: the phone that gets answered, the invoice that gets chased, the report that builds itself, the forty support questions that answer themselves.

Each page walks through one problem, a business shaped like yours, what gets built, what it costs to run, and what it needs from you. If one of them sounds like your week, write to me.

Eleven things I set up for businesses

Each one is a fixed-price project measured in days or weeks, runs on tools that cost a few dollars a month, and is built so you own it outright.

01
The calls you miss are the customers you never meet

An AI receptionist that answers every call, books the job, texts the caller back, and hands you a clean summary. Set up on your existing number in a week.

02
Outbound email that finds the right people and reads like you wrote it

A researched, one-at-a-time outreach system that runs every morning, writes each email from real signals about the recipient, and lands in the inbox. Built for businesses that sell to other businesses.

03
Your intake process is where new customers quietly give up

An intake system that answers within a minute, asks the right follow-up questions, sorts each inquiry, and puts a qualified person on your calendar. For clinics, firms, agencies, and anyone with a "contact us" form.

04
The work between your apps is where your week goes

n8n connects the tools you already use and runs the repetitive steps between them, with AI in the loop where judgment used to require a person. Twelve workflows that pay for themselves the first month, and how I set them up.

You have the data. You do not have the afternoon it takes to look at it.

An analysis setup that pulls from your real systems, answers plain-English questions, and delivers the report you keep meaning to build. No data team, no dashboard project, no six-month rollout.

The most useful thing an AI can hand you is a web page, not a wall of text

When Claude writes a report as HTML instead of markdown, you get something you can click, filter, chart, print to PDF, and send to a client as a link. This is the single biggest upgrade to how businesses use AI, and almost nobody is doing it.

07
The proposal is the last thing standing between the yes and the invoice

A proposal and presentation system that turns your call notes into a branded, specific, on-time document, every time, in your voice. For agencies, contractors, consultants, and anyone who sells with a deck.

08
Your marketing is not bad. It is just always late, because every image is a favor.

An asset pipeline that produces on-brand social posts, ads, product images, flyers, and email graphics on a schedule, from your brand kit and your actual products, with a person approving and nothing generic.

AI design and marketing assets →
09
The internal tool you always wanted is now a two-week project

The spreadsheet that runs your business, the process nobody's software quite fits, the portal your customers keep asking for. With AI writing most of the code and a senior engineer directing it, these are weeks and a fixed price, not a year and a maybe.

AI-assisted custom software →
10
Somebody in your office types documents into a computer all day

An intake pipeline that reads the PDFs, scans, and photos your business receives, pulls out the fields, checks them against what you expected, files them, and only asks a human about the exceptions.

AI document processing →
11
Most of your support inbox is the same forty questions

A support assistant that knows your business, answers the routine questions instantly on your website, email, and text, hands the rest to a person with the context gathered, and never makes things up.

How it goes

Three steps, no retainer

01

Write to me

Use the form below. Tell me the task and what it costs you today. I reply within a business day with questions and an honest opinion on whether it is worth doing.

02

Twenty minutes and a number

A short call, then a written scope with a fixed price. You know the whole cost before anything starts, and you can say no.

03

Built in your accounts

Everything is set up over screen shares, in tools you own, with a plain-language explanation. When it is running, it is yours.

Before you write

Questions I get asked

Who is this for?

Owners and operators of businesses with roughly five to two hundred people who know AI should be doing something for them and do not have a technical person to make it happen. Trades, clinics, firms, agencies, retailers, distributors, property managers, and everyone in between.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. You need to know how your business works and what wastes your time. I translate that into systems and explain every piece in plain language. You will understand what was built and why.

What does it cost?

Every project is quoted as a fixed price from a written scope after a short conversation, so you know the number before anything starts. Most of what is on these pages is a project of days to a few weeks, not a retainer. The tools involved usually run on a few dollars to a few tens of dollars a month.

What happens after I send the form?

I read it myself and reply within a business day with a couple of questions and an honest opinion about whether the thing you want is worth doing. If it is, we talk for twenty minutes, I send a scope and a price, and you decide. Nobody gets added to a list.

Where are you, and do you work remotely?

Seattle, and yes. Everything on these pages is set up over screen shares, in your accounts, so you can see every step and keep everything.

Talk to me about this

Tell me what is eating your week

One or two sentences is plenty. What is the task, who does it today, and what would you do with the time back?

One reply from me within a business day. No newsletter, no sales sequence, no calls you did not ask for.
Got it, thank you. I read every one of these myself and will reply within a business day with a couple of questions and a time to talk if it makes sense.
